| Chief 22 (22-10) arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire. Upon arrival, Chief 22 utilized a water can to quickly knock down the bulk of the fire until the arrival of Engine 22.
Engine 22 arrived as the first-due engine, deployed a 1¾-inch attack line, completed extinguishment of the remaining fire, and began overhaul operations while checking for any extension into the residence. Thanks to the rapid actions of responding crews, the fire was successfully contained to the attached garage and did not extend into the home.
Crews operated on scene for approximately one hour before the incident was placed under control and terminated.
